Villa Keroula Alinda

Escape to Villa Keroula, a stylish and recently built holiday home accommodating up to four guests. Perched on a peaceful mountain slope with an ideal south-southeast orientation, the house captures cooling summer breezes alongside breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea and Leros' iconic castle. As night falls, the starry sky provides a magical backdrop, offering a glimpse of the twinkling lights along the Turkish coastline in the distance.

Designed by a local architect, this 90-square-metre home is enriched with unique personal touches and memories collected throughout a nomadic life. Colour takes center stage inside: shades of Aegean blue and passionate red set the tone in the living area, the upper-floor bedroom reflects the warm yellow of the Greek sun, and the ground-floor bedroom offers a calmer, elegant palette of white and grey.

Outdoor living is effortlessly effortless here. The large covered patio, equipped with a barbecue, serves as an inviting open-air dining room at any time of day. Guests can also enjoy a private petanque court for relaxed games with family and friends. For hotter summer days, air conditioning throughout all rooms ensures complete indoor comfort.

The surrounding area remains genuinely paradosiako—or traditional—a countryside community farmed by local families for generations. It is not uncommon for a local Yaya (grandmother) to stop your car to share fresh lemons or figs from her garden, where a simple wave of the hand is the customary greeting. Despite this tranquil rural setting, you are just 950 metres from the popular beaches of Alinda, along with its lively restaurants, bars, and shops.
